One at a time

Health, happiness and success is a synergetic function of the mind, body and soul. Your mind has a powerful influence on the way your body functions and ultimately the direction of your life. Mindfulness, means to pay attention to your own thoughts and emotions and set an appealing start of “attention” for your desire.
Living with soulful intentions is to begin each day with an attitude of health, happiness and prosperity. We are unstoppable and powerful when we direct our emotions toward the higher levels of consciousness. Levels of consciousness is actually a way to measure one’s attitude, and positivism.  Be grateful of what is immediately within your heart the moment you are awake. Often we tend to forget how fortunate we are for having got a great family, all the comfort and joyful experiences. I am writing this blog during this time of quarantine reminding myself about the number of blessings that i would have got for the life i am living now. So its our duty to cherish this beauty that life is, by living it soulfully by giving it back with calm,healthy and happy practices. 
I will any-day say meditation and yoga is a foundation strategy for soulful living. The practice of quieting the mind is in essence, letting go of all that you know so that you can grow. A meaningful time of reflection and silence is a powerful tool to realizing your soul’s purpose. Give yourself permission to be still and simply breathe, while systematically releasing the troubles and issues in the foreground of your mind. One way to meditate is to focus on your breath, a mantra, a vision of peace, or softly repeat a prayer for 15 to 20 minutes. During this reflective time, allow the stillness to open the door to your soul’s gentle guidance.
The secret of a joyful life begins with discovering your greatest gifts and having a clear sense of purpose each day. Centering and meditation is the ground work of personal clarity and success. This isn’t about expecting a lightening bolt of awareness to suddenly strike, revealing the answers of the universe which sounds awkward rather like a rocket science, rather -meditative practice brings awakening clues and very subtle revelations of your soul’s inner most truth.
Spirituality is a very important habit to be nurtured and tuned in life. Its not something to be studied rather something to be developed out of belief not necessarily out of fear of god rather prominently out of faith in goodness. I believe its the sense of belonging that one should adore to keep them wiser and healed beyond the chaos of surrounding. Its not an absolute path to be followed but i sense it as a major way of how you visualize the power in yourself.  
Conceive your ideas and experiences and convert them to your path makers. Self actuate and feed your soul with compassion and positivity. Take your time and break the superior norms of narrowing the boundaries, settle when tired but broaden the limit.
Breath and spread the joy of living.
